OK....I have said this before...and I will say it again....I will kill...own...dominate...destroy all the self dealt games at The Vic....if and when I stop running bad....
Last night....I ran bad...got out drawn...several times.....and yet through a very loose aggressive pre flop strategy and an ultra aggressive approach post flop I managed to accumulate a stack of £1000 in the £1.00-£2.00 game.
I feel when I have doubled up...or at least up around £150...I use that money to bully...and push around my opponents....I am prepared to lose the profit to accumulate. If I run a bluff and get called...I will tighten up and play ABC until I get that extra meat to try again....I think this was a strategy I discussed with Syed and Aubergine a few months back...
I am really beginning to get very comfortable in the game...I mean my opponents are so weak passive its a joke. They call when they are weak....raise when they are strong....very predictable.
Also because I am playing a lot of hands....and splashing around, I create a much looser image and strategy than what I am actually practising. In actuality I am only committing chips when I have the goods...but my opponents simply did not realise this and keep paying me off.
I made several very very marginal river calls which I am very happy with. I was able to work through betting sequences....and figure shit out....
Anyways....I am playing well and my confidence level is higher than its ever been!
