OK...quick post because I am really hung over....got way to drunk last night! But it was fun! Haven't been out for a long time....and I really relaxed and let loose last night!

But hey! Wow...the other night...I sucked out sooooo bad......OK...let me break it down (one minute let me get the pizza out the oven.......)
So I playing in the £1.00-£2.00 game....sitting with a £250 stack. I have not been playing for long...but the table is full of the regular faces....Richard....Joe....etc....I joined the game because I saw my favourite fish sitting with a nice stack!
Pretty tight game...but aggressive at the same time.....
I am under the gun with 6 3 of diamonds.....I decide to limp.....I would usually raise it up....more so to add disguise to my range than because of its showdown value...but for some reason I wanted to see a cheap flop.....there was several callers....and the big blind makes it £8 total....the BB raiser is a solid regular...with great understanding of position and the general dynamics of the game with regards to bet / raise sizing. So I was a little bit confused by this raise...he knows the limpers will not fold for only £6 more...and his bet acts as a pot sweeter....so I was somewhat confused by his range.....but hey....
Flop came down King high...with 2 diamonds.....giving me a flush draw plus a gutter ball straight draw...I decided I would check raise and play this hand aggressively.....or if the pre flop raiser bet out...I would 3 bet him and put pressure on.....and re evaluate if I got re raised back.....
The pre flop raiser checked.....I check...another check...then a short stack went all in for £22. The big blind cold called....now I figured he must have Jacks or Queens....Queens more likely...he would check a King high flop....but would call a short stack all in....sooooooo
Now I had a decision....I could call see another card....and then decide....but I did not want to pay £22 to see one card. I thought even if I am behind....if I pay £22 I want to see both cards...
there was £76 in the pot so I would be getting over 3 to 1 for my money....with a flush and gut shot straight draw my value is there.....so I wanted to get the other two out...who had +£300 stacks.....
I did what I do best...and showed all in. Now thinking about it now....I cant justify why I did that...I mean I could of raised say £70 / £80....it would do the same job as a shove....I mean if they call £70 / £80 they will call £250....in the same logic if they fold to a shove...they would of folded to a smaller bet......ammmm I cant really explain....
So.....the other guy who checked the flop.....who is a big big fish...started to dwell up...took about 5 minutes to decide....I felt a little bit sick because I figured he had a flush draw as well....which must be higher than mine....and if he called....I was fucked! Being the fish he is....he called £250!!!
The original raiser pre flop....who had checked the flop....had 3 Kings!!!!! So he insta-called. 4 way all in! Well....3 way the short stack don't really count.
The fish had a flush draw.....so I had to hit one of my 3 nines to complete my miracle straight! (9 of diamonds is obviously no good for me)......
And.....the 9 came on the river....SHIP IT!
BIG POT......Again I am happy with my aggression....although I got lucky....I did make a move! I didn't call...I was the one shoving....I would never of called £250....but I would happily put it in if there is a good chance I could get my opponents off their hands....anyway...it worked out great....
Soooo that's off my chest....
